Victoria DeFreitas Owner/Director

Victoria began her career at Ridge Hill in 1991 and purchased the school in 1994. Victoria  graduated from  Wheelock College
in Boston and has been working in Early Childhood education for the past 25 plus years. She lives in Scituate Mass with her husband and two sons. She spends her summer boating, fishing, spending time with family and friends. Ridge Hill school is her passion!


Stacey Driscoll  Kindergarten Teacher/Assistant Director

Stacey began her career at Ridge Hill in 1994. Stacey started as our pre-k teacher then received certification to be our Assistant Director and Kindergarten Teacher. Stacey finds true passion in creating an environment where children excel on their own individual level. Stacey lives in Hanson with her husband and 2 children who are actively involved in sports. Stacey is a New England sports and Zac Brown Fan! Stacey and her family welcomed a new dog to their family named Scout



Heather Teahan   Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

Heather has worked as our pre-k teacher for the past 20 years! Heather lives in Whitman with her husband and daughter and dog Zoro :) Heather loves to engage her class in creative art techniques. Heather loves to watch a chlid learn a new concept and grow throughout the year. Heather loves to teach the class all about birds and takes care of our neighborhood birds. Heather enjoys summers on the beach and family time.


Alissa Goldberg  Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

Alissa began teaching here for the past 18 years. Alissa began her teaching career as one of our preschool teachers and moved into the pre-k position 4 years ago. Alissa lives in Weymouth and loves to take walks on the beach. Alissa teaches yoga to the class throughout the year which is a passion she has developed.  Alissa loves to teach and explore the learning process with each and every student. Alissa loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.


Keri Mulcahey    Preschool Teacher

Keri lives in Duxbury with her husband and 2 young sons. Keri has been working in Early Childhood education for the past 12 years and has an undergraduate of Regis College as well as receiving her post bacaluriate from Framingham State University. Keri has a passion for incorporating music and movement, dancing and appreciation for literature.



Jackie Holbert     Preschool Teacher

Jackie is a Scituate native and loves living by the ocean. She has been teaching in Early Childhood Education
for the past 7 years. She graduated from Bridgewater State University and is also the Scituate High School Gymnastics coach. Jackie favorite part of teaching is laughing with her class and making each child feel special and unique.

Maura McArdle    Aide
Maura is a Scituate native and loves living near the sea. She has working alongside Miss Vicki for 26 years. Maura has been a full time preschool teacher, part time preschool teacher and now is one of our Aides in the preschool classroom. We are truly lucky to have her continued support and commitment to our school. 

Dianne Chrusz    Directed Art Teacher

Dianne has been here at Ridge Hill School for 7 years. She began as one of our Pre- K teacher and then started our directed art program for the pre-k/k class. Dianne has a passion for art and giving children the experience to explore their unique and individual talent in art. Dianne lives in Duxbury with her husband and loves spending time with her 3 grandsons. Dianne also love to walk the beach and dig for steamers in the summer.
